Due to new requirements with regard to privacy protection (DSGVO) starting from 25.05.2018 all necessary legal documents need to be attached/included in the user settings. You are able to do that in the tab "Terms & Privacy".
Instructions
- First, click on the button "Settings" in the upper right corner of your screen:
- You will then reach the overview of user settings. Click on "Edit":
- Subsequently, select the tab "Terms & Privacy":
- You can now fill all mandatory fields (imprint information, General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the participant registrations, privacy information and cancellation policy). Moreover, there is the possibility to add GTC for free events, marketing data / approval of advertising use or a profile picture / logo for the event websites. You can also decide if you want to let the event webpages appear in the search engine. When you have finished entering the necessary information, please click on "Save":
