"Mails/ Reminders"

This section provides you with the possibility of activating and editing your own mailing texts and with defining the settings related to payments and to the event itself. Please be aware that the selection of custom mailing applies to all mailing texts that are on display in this section. Hence, you should make sure that each text field contains content. If you have activated custom mailing and content is missing in some of the text fields below, the system will fall back to the default texts automatically.
How to use placeholders correctly is explained in a different manual. Be aware that you can display a preview in order to check if you have used the placeholders correctly.
